• Automated attacks against the platform, including credential stuffing, brute force, or denial-of-service attempts.
• Scraping, harvesting, or redistributing platform content or market data where prohibited by provider licensing or these terms.
• Circumventing subscription, rate, or feature limits, including account sharing for that purpose.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the platform where prohibited by law.
• Interfering with the platform's operation, security, or monitoring.
• Fraud, manipulation, or misrepresentation.
• Misuse of market data, including redistributing licensed data or using it to violate provider terms.
• Abuse of AI services, including generating harmful, abusive, deceptive, or illegal content.
• Any illegal activity.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including warnings, rate limiting, suspension, or termination. We may cooperate with law enforcement or regulators where required.
