Overview
Some ElaraMatrix features require a paid subscription. This document explains how subscriptions, renewals, trials, and cancellations work.
Subscription Plans
Plans and feature entitlements are described on our Pricing page. Feature availability depends on your plan and any active feature flags.

Final plan tiers, prices, included features, and entitlement limits must be approved by the owner before publication.
Billing Providers
Subscriptions may be processed through one or more of the following channels. Only providers shown as ACTIVE are currently connected:
- Web subscriptions (Stripe / platform payments): NOT CONNECTED
- Apple App Store (in-app purchase): NOT CONNECTED
- Google Play (in-app purchase): NOT CONNECTED
- Enterprise contracts (direct invoicing): NOT CONNECTED
No active billing provider
No payment processor is currently connected. Paid subscriptions cannot be purchased until a provider is active. Do not publicly claim that paid subscriptions are available until a billing provider is connected.
Renewals & Billing Cycles
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Billing periods may be monthly or annual depending on the selected plan.

Confirm renewal timing, billing date alignment, and proration rules before publication.
Trials
If offered, free trials allow limited access to paid features for a defined period. Trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless cancelled.

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.

Confirm whether cancellation is immediate or end-of-period, and the exact cancellation method for each billing channel.
Refunds
OWNER REVIEW REQUIRED
The refund policy (including any money-back guarantee, eligibility window, and platform-store refund rules) must be approved by the owner before publication. Do not publish a refund policy that has not been approved.
Plan Changes & Feature Availability
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan. Changes take effect according to the billing provider's proration rules. We may add, remove, or modify features within a plan with reasonable notice.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices. Price changes for existing subscribers will be communicated in advance and take effect at the next renewal, where required by law.

Enterprise Subscriptions
Enterprise accounts are governed by a separate agreement. Enterprise terms, including seats, billing, and contract period, are defined in the applicable enterprise contract.
