ElaraMatrix (operated by TechSage Innovations) is a market-intelligence and analytics platform. This Privacy Policy explains the categories of information we collect, why we process it, how it is used, and the choices you have.
We limit collection to what is necessary to provide the platform's features. We do not sell your personal information.

Account Information
- Email address (used for authentication and communication).
- Password (stored as a hashed credential managed by our authentication provider; we never see or store plaintext passwords).
- Assigned role (for example, user or admin) used to control access to features.
Profile & Preference Information

- Feature preferences including watchlists, alert rules, moving-average settings, and MACD settings.
User-Generated Content

- AI-generated briefings you request and their metadata (provider, model, timeframe, data mode).
- Aggregated usage logs for AI features (feature used, model, response status, timestamp).

- Information you provide when contacting support or submitting the contact form (name, email, message).
Technical & Device Information
- Basic device and browser information collected automatically when you use the platform.
- Authentication sessions and login activity used for security.
What we do not collect
We do not collect payment card numbers directly. Payment processing, when available, is handled by a connected payment provider under its own privacy policy. We do not collect government-issued identification numbers.
How We Use Information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate your sessions.
- To provide platform features such as watchlists, alerts, scanners, journaling, and AI-assisted analysis.
- To generate and store AI briefings and analytical outputs you request.
- To send service-related communications such as security alerts and account notifications.
- To operate, secure, monitor, and improve the platform.
- To respond to support requests.
Legal Basis for Processing
Where applicable, we process information based on:
- Contract: to provide the services you requested when you created an account.
- Consent: for optional communications and optional profile information.
- Legitimate interests: to secure the platform and prevent abuse.

Third-Party Service Providers

- Authentication services, including optional Google sign-in.

Data Retention

User-generated content such as watchlists, alerts, and journal entries is retained until you delete it or your account is closed.

Confirm the exact retention period for AI usage logs, audit logs, and inactive accounts. Specify any regulatory retention obligations applicable to a financial-analytics SaaS.
How We Protect Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. This includes encrypted authentication credentials, role-based access controls for administrative functions, and audit logging of administrative actions.
No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
- Access and update your profile and preference information through the platform settings.
- Delete user-generated content such as watchlists, alerts, and journal entries at any time.
- Manage notification and alert preferences.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
ACCOUNT DELETION WORKFLOW REQUIRED
An automated self-service account deletion workflow is not yet implemented. Until it is available, users may request account deletion by contacting support@TechSageInnovations.com. The owner must define the deletion workflow, data-export process, and verification requirements before claiming self-service deletion is available.
International Processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where applicable, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses to help ensure appropriate protection when information is transferred internationally.

Confirm the primary processing locations and any applicable cross-border transfer mechanisms before publication.
Children's Privacy
ElaraMatrix is not intended for children under the age required to enter into binding contracts in their jurisdiction (typically 18). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Security Limitations
While we implement reasonable security measures, no platform can guarantee complete security. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and to enable any available additional verification.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
