By creating an account or using ElaraMatrix, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional terms that apply to specific features. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Eligibility

You may use ElaraMatrix for your own informational, analytical, and educational purposes related to market intelligence, subject to these Terms and your subscription entitlements.
Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, its systems, or another user's data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation, servers, or security.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform where prohibited by law.
- Scrape, harvest, or redistribute platform content or market data in violation of provider licensing.
- Circumvent subscription, rate, or feature limits.
- Misuse AI features, including generating harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
- Use the platform to provide investment advice to others unless properly authorized.

Intellectual Property
ElaraMatrix, its branding, software, interface, and original content are owned by TechSage Innovations and protected by intellectual property laws. Market data and third-party content remain the property of their respective providers.
You retain ownership of the user-generated content you create, such as watchlists, alerts, and journal entries. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content to provide the platform to you.
AI Features
ElaraMatrix provides AI-assisted analysis, briefings, and generated summaries. These outputs are analytical tools, not professional advice, and may contain errors or become outdated. See our AI & Automated Analysis Disclosure for details.
Market Information
Market data and analytics may be delayed, cached, incomplete, or unavailable depending on the active provider and subscription. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of market information. See our Market Data Disclosure.
Third-Party Services
The platform integrates with third-party providers for authentication, hosting, AI, market data, and (when available) payments. These services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
Subscription Plans, Billing & Trials
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, renewal, trial, cancellation, and refund policies are described in our Subscription & Billing Terms.

Final pricing, trial length, renewal terms, and refund policy must be approved by the owner before publication. Do not publish specific refund or billing commitments until approved.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, provider outages, or events beyond our control. Market-data features depend on third-party providers and may be interrupted without notice.
Modification of Services

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechSage Innovations and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or capital, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechSage Innovations and its affiliates from claims arising from your misuse of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Govering Law & Dispute Resolution

The governing law jurisdiction, venue, and dispute resolution process (including whether arbitration or litigation applies) must be confirmed by the owner before publication. Do not publish a jurisdiction or arbitration clause until approved.
