Overview

ElaraMatrix obtains market information from third-party market-data providers. The availability, licensing, and timeliness of data depend on the active provider and your subscription.

Data-Mode Labels

Throughout the platform, data is labeled with a mode so you can understand what you are viewing:

• LIVE — Data is sourced from a connected provider delivering real-time licensed data.
• DELAYED — Data is delayed by the provider's standard delay (typically 15 minutes for US equities).
• DEMO — Data is simulated or sample data and is not live market information.
• PARTIAL — Some data is live or delayed while other data is unavailable or simulated.
• ESTIMATED — A value is estimated from available information rather than directly measured.
• UNAVAILABLE / OFFLINE — Data is temporarily unavailable or the provider is not connected.
• NOT INSTRUMENTED — ElaraMatrix does not currently collect or measure that metric.

Provider Availability & Licensing

Feature availability depends on which providers are connected and licensed. A provider may be configured but not active. We do not claim real-time data is available unless a connected provider and subscription actually deliver real-time licensed data.

Providers may impose rate limits, usage restrictions, or redistribution limits. Redistributing market data may violate provider licensing and is prohibited.

Accuracy & Completeness

Market data may be delayed, cached, incomplete, or temporarily interrupted. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any market information. Prices shown may not reflect current executable prices.

Service Interruptions

Market-data features may be interrupted due to provider outages, maintenance, market holidays, or connectivity issues. Interruptions may occur without notice and may affect alerts, scanners, and AI outputs.
